Circa 1810 Historical L.I. Farmhouse
Foschi Construction Corp. added a wing to this 200-year old farmhouse while ensuring that it would not lose its traditional Americana character. It was very important to the owners that the renovation maintain the historic integrity of the home. The project included expanding the kitchen and totally renovating it with updated amenities and appliances, adding a mudroom and an office, demolishing smaller bedrooms on the second floor, raising the roof and vaulting the ceiling in order to build a magnificent oversized master suite. The new addition blends in very well and the home now has a seamless flow with historical farmhouse charm as desired by the owners.
