Robert J. Foschi, P.E., President– Bob Foschi began working with M. Foschi Construction Corp. in 1967 as a laborer, then as a carpenter during the summers and on the weekends. He continued his construction career by co-founding M. Foschi & Sons, Inc. in 1976, specializing in the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in the metro-NYC area. As the owner of Foschi Construction Corp., Bob utilizes his Professional Engineer license and his construction experience to help value engineer projects in close coordination with the client and the design team. Owner involvement and supervision is a key to Foschi’s success.

As a professional Engineer, receiving his Engineering License in 1986, Foschi Construction Corp. has been able to expand outside of general contracting and offer clients an option for design / build services as well as value engineering, helping to reduce cost and maintain high budgeting standards. As a graduate from Columbia University, School of Engineering (Structural/Civil) in 1976 and a recipient of the Jewel Garrets Award in Civil Engineering, and President of the American Society of Civil Engineering Chapter at Columbia, Bob has vast experience in both designing, engineering and building for both commercial and residential projects. He believes that his clients can receive a great service at an incredible value and that contracting is and should always be a fair and equitable practice.

J.P. Foschi– As an integral part of the company, JP Foschi works in field supervision to ensure that the exact high-standards are met for all projects. JP Began in 1995 as a laborer for Foschi Construction and has proven to be an effective part of the team as an On-Site Foreman and Construction Consultant.

With his skills developed on-site and also with Turner Construction, JP oversees project details and logistics and is in the field 95% of the time. He coordinates with subcontractors, owners and architects so that every aspect of a construction project is being done to the exacting standards that Foschi Construction

sets. In addition, he is one of the first Certified Passive House Tradesmen in North America. JP understands the approach to team playing and coordinating many different elements at once. As an All-Star Athlete, JP played professional Football in the NFL for several years and has since taken the “get it done” approach and applied it to the every day workings of Foschi Construction’s projects. With a strong business background and a BSA in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, JP is there for the client every step of the way – advising, problem-solving, and always having solutions at-hand.
