5-Star Primary Bedroom Suite Renovation
This stunning design-build project by Foschi Construction Corp. transformed the primary bedroom suite of a 100+ year-old home into a luxurious, five-star retreat while preserving the character of the residence. The existing master suite underwent a complete gut renovation, creating an elegant and highly functional living space tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle. Custom his-and-her walk-in closets were designed with beautifully crafted cabinetry and integrated lighting by Kenneth Doppelt Cabinetry, providing both exceptional organization and a refined aesthetic. The project also included separate custom his-and-her bathrooms featuring linear drains, zero-threshold shower entries, electric radiant heated floors, and a steam shower in his bathroom for a true spa-like experience. The primary bedroom was completely renovated with new moldings, carpeting, and premium finishes, bringing warmth and sophistication to the space. Throughout the suite, new WAC LED recessed lighting with plaster-in trims was installed to create a seamless ceiling appearance, complemented by a fully integrated Lutron lighting control system with custom-programmed “scenes” to suit the owners’ needs. To complete the experience, invisible in-ceiling speakers connected to a Sonos sound system were installed, delivering exceptional audio while maintaining the clean, uninterrupted design of the ceilings. The end result is a breathtaking primary suite that combines innovative technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and luxurious finishes into a timeless retreat that blurs the line between home and an opulent vacation destination.
