Steadfast Financial LP

Steadfast Financials’ 21st-floor office at 450 Park Avenue in New York City was a high-end renovation designed by TP Greer Architects, with Foschi Construction Corp. serving as the construction managers. The goal was to create a new office space that matched their existing 20th-floor office exactly, making the two floors feel completely cohesive. With a demanding five-month schedule, the project required careful planning, daily coordination with the architects, engineers, and owners, and close attention to every detail. The work included structural and framing modifications, relocating plumbing and mechanical systems between the 20th and 22nd floors, new HVAC systems, electrical and lighting, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, interior finishes, interior glazing, millwork, FF&E, and more. For the company, Innovative Glass, one of the standout features was the glass selected for the main meeting office, allowing the panes to adjust from frosted to completely clear with the flip of a switch, providing privacy when needed while maintaining an open feel when desired. Despite the tight schedule and extensive scope of work, the five-month project was successfully completed on time and on budget, delivering a polished, high-end office space that matched the client’s existing floor perfectly.
