Importers & Wholesale Food Distribution Warehouse, Long Island City, NY
We do some fascinating construction projects! This project was yet another one of those. This importer and wholesale distribution company was out growing its space very quickly. They distribute dry goods, foods and frozen foods. They went from approx. 5,000 square feet pre-construction of their existing warehouse and added a new warehouse of approx. 12,000 square feet that is now connected to the existing one. Plus, they added new loading docks, new large freezers, new updated electrical service, etc.
No sooner did we put the last screw in and the entire warehouse/freezers and all were filled to the rafters ready for deliveries!
