Our clients wanted to bring their home into the 21st century both aesthetically and technologically. One of the major changes made was removing a wall to enlarge the new kitchen and family room. We also enclosed an attached, screened-in porch which now has clean, efficient windows plus a stunning shiplap ceiling. This room transitions gracefully into a stately living room. A mud room, laundry room, and bathroom add to the perfect function and flow. A new staircase leads to the second floor with newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a large walk-in closet in the master.
