Foschi Construction Corp. had the pleasure of renovating this classic home in Manhasset/Plandome, New York. The residence underwent a complete interior gut renovation, and down to sheathing on exterior. This allowed for a thoughtfully designed rear extension which introduced a full basement with 9-foot ceilings, a first-floor kitchen and family room, a second-floor master suite, and a full standing-room attic for storage.
The home was fully modernized with all-new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, along with new finishes throughout the interior. Exterior enhancements include James Hardie lap siding and refined modifications to the existing front façade stone. All new Andersen windows and doors were installed throughout, highlighted by a custom front entry door with sidelights and transom by Upstate Door, and a newly added entry portico.
The exterior was completed with a new rear bluestone patio, a bluestone front walkway, and a new asphalt driveway with a Belgian block apron. The renovation was finished with a new kitchen and butler’s pantry, as well as master and boys’ vanities, all custom-designed by Showcase Kitchens.
This home is now ready for this young family to make great memories for years to come.
