Foschi Construction Corp. once again brought back to life with expert craftsmanship another one of Brooklyn Heights’ historic brownstones. This neighborhood is famous for their 19th century row-house architecture, which has been carved out and designated historic by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. We have transformed this neglected landmark brownstone into an airy and spacious house full of beautiful custom woodwork, all new bathrooms, new windows, new kitchen, and modern updates from the top floor to the bottom floor.
