Nassau CC / New Golf Pro Shop
Nassau Country Club, located in Glen Cove on Long Island’s North Shore, was founded in 1896. The old Golf Pro shop was demolished to make way for a new bag room that used to be housed at their halfway house. That meant a totally new golf pro shop was needed. The club decided to capture part of an existing space for the new shop. Foschi Construction corp. then did a complete interior demolition, finished the floors and walls, and installed a new sprinkler system. Two new entrances were established along with new lighting, built-in furniture, window walls, ceilings, wall coverings, and was painted as needed. We Also installed a new office for the golf pros and a printing area along with a custom-made sales desk and furniture to display all items. Low voltage data lines for the cash register were put in place. The space was then interiorly designed by Mary Striano, and Keri Flynn. We truly believe, with its argyle wallpaper, magnificent Coiffured ceiling, and array of golf items that fill the custom-made shelving, golfers of all ages will have a grand ole’ time here!
